Eagle Crest has been a good match for my mom. She is independent but is comfortable having someone available 24 hrs a day should the need arise.

The staff is caring, most are friendly and the nutritionist & chef are willing to listen to the residents regarding menu suggestions.

In the year my mom has been there I believe any concern she has had has been addressed when she made it known.

This place is safe, clean, comfortable, cheerful and inviting.

Thanks to Heather, Jo, Jennifer, and Sherry who are always my "go to" people.

I am grateful for Eagle Crest Villa.

On Friday 10-25-24, I attended a cookout and gospel singing. It was so family oriented.  We had such a good time. Watching mama smile and sing along , made me feel so good. The staff and all their hard work made everything so enjoyable. Thank you for such a good evening

The Staff at Eagle Crest Villa are family, both to themselves and the residents.  Their concern for the residents is obvious in everything they do.   I am very impressed by the daily activities and other fun things they bring to all.  I feel confident that my Mother is receiving high quality care.

Eagle Crest is an amazing facility! My parents have enjoyed living at Eagle Crest for the past two years. I can’t say enough about the staff and their interactions with the residents.  The staff is so sweet and helpful and always have fun activities for the residents. Eagle Crest exemplifies the presence of home and family!  If you’re looking for an Assisted Living Facility I highly recommend Eagle Crest!!

My parents live at Eagle Crest. The care they receive is amazing! They get 3 meals a day and snacks. If they don't show up for a meal the staff comes and checks on them. My dad loves playing all the different games and puzzles. I love all the events they plan for their seniors. The place is a HOME not a living facility.

Rise and Clean

Our team just finished a 2 day window washing project at Eagle Crest Villa and we are ready to move in once they let us!

This place was amazingly clean, welcoming, and just felt like a nice place to live

The residents were happy, they had birds, and the pavilion were awesome!

Is my room ready yet? :)

This is an excellent location with awesome staff!

My mom has been at Eagle Crest Villa since November of 2022. We love the facility and staff. They genuinely care about the residents. My mom has adjusted so well, and I trust they take super care of her. I would highly recommend this facility.

This is quite a long post. TL;DR short version is you should visit Eagle Crest Villa in Azle if you considering an assisted living option for yourself or a loved one.

Two conversations caused me to consider Eagle Crest Villa Assisted Living for my Mom. First, my Mom’s PCP who had patients in several assisted living facilities in the Fort Worth area said she would put her mother in Eagle Crest in a heartbeat. Second, during one of my Mom’s stays in the Azle hospital one of the RNs said that she had worked at the hospital over 20 years and had never heard a negative word from a patient or family member about Eagle Crest, only good things.

My mom and I scheduled a visit, met with the assistant director and nurse, had a really good meal and looked at a couple of available apartments. As we were leaving my mom said to me “This where I want to stay”. That was December of 2022. My Mom recently passed away at the end of May 2023 but her six months at Eagle Crest was as good as any of us could have hoped for. Despite some challenging health conditions she was well looked after by the nursing and caregiving staff and she became friends with many of them, as did I. TerryLynn the nursing director worked closely with Mom’s PCP to keep on top of med changes and doctor appointments. My mom took a lot of meds.  The med techs were able to keep to her med schedules and BP constraints placed on some of the meds by her doctor. When I visited the facility the caregivers filled me in on Mom’s general condition since my last visit mostly without asking. Both my Mom and the our family felt fortunate to have found Eagle Crest. Lastly I have to thank the amazing caregivers. I apologize in advance for misspelling a name or for leaving someone out due to my bad memory. A business is just a building but it’s the people who work there that make it a place you want to do business with.

The front office staff Heather and Ashley, the activities director Dianne, the maintenance guy Gerald (thanks for the furniture help), the kitchen staff Michael, Charles and Cathy all did great by us and helped in many ways. Nikki did housekeeping, laundry and visited and checked on my Mom frequently and kept her TV going when I wasn’t around. The caregivers in any facility have a difficult job as I have learned over the years. The residents have such a mix of personalities, states of health and mental and physical capabilities. Some of the caregivers have been at Eagle Crest for several years and it seems to be a calling more than a job. Sandra, Kierstyn, Sierra, Hannah, Valerie, Kim, Crystal, Jasmine, Shyanne (nights), Alicia (nights) all provided great care and attention during Mom’s stay. Thanks to anyone I didn’t mention that cared for my mom.

I need to give extra thanks to three very special caregivers who provided extraordinary  care and comfort to my mom in her last few weeks. At times I would come to the facility and Judy or Sherry or Alicia R. were talking to my mom in her hospital bed, hugging and loving on her, holding her hand,, once from the hallway I heard them singing one of my mom’ s favorite hymns with her. No place is perfect, no one is perfect but I can’t say enough good things about Eagle Crest Villa and more importantly the folks who work there.

Eagle Crest Villas was the best experience for my father.  The staff is so thoughtful and kind, and they do so much to make the residents feel at home.  There are plenty of activities for residents as well.  My father thoroughly enjoyed his time there until his physical decline necessitated his transition into a nursing home.  God bless those employees at Eagle Crest Villas.  My father made many friends with both the residents and staff.  It was a bright chapter in my father's life, and we are so grateful

My dad has been a resident at Eagle Crest  for nearly a year now and absolutely  loves it.  He has made friends  there and truly loves the staff.  We couldnt agree more, the staff delivers genuine compassionate care and we are so grateful for them.  Dad has health issues and had a recent hospital  stay and subsequent rehab stay.  While gone the staff called regularly to check on him and his "family" of friends asked about him as  well.

Dad couldn't wait to go home.  No one holds a candle to Eagle Crest in his eyes,  he kept comparing all the ways Eagle Crest was better, and you know what, he is right. It is better.

Eagle Crest Villa is an awesome place. I’m amazed how clean, friendly, helpful and loving they are to their clients. I know it has made one sweet lady as happy as she can be. They think she’s the life of the party. Carrie Reed wants everyone happy and having fun. She loves her new home and they take amazing care and watch over her. Her apartment is the perfect size and feels like a new home to her. She’s never alone and they’re Johnny on the spot if she needs something or help. Very happy that she’s found her little Queens quarters lol

I can't say enough good about Eagle Crest Assisted Living. My Mom was only there for a month before she passed away, and in that month I realized there are people who really, really care. My Mom felt so loved there. The girls came to see her every day and would tell her how beautiful she was and she loved every minute of that. They would come see her before and after their shifts on their own time. I was there with her 90% of the time she was there and I saw it first hand.  They made my Mom's last month on this earth so precious and I will never forget that.

I want to name names but I'm afraid I'll leave someone out and there isn't one person I would want to leave out.

Eagle Crest, keep doing what you're doing because you guys are awesome!

The staff at this facility is top notch. They are friendly, helpful, incredibly organized, very nice, and generous with their time!  I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an assisted living villa!

Words cannot express my love and gratitude to the staff of Eagle Crest Villa for the extensive care and compassion for both of my parents. From the director to the administrator, caregivers, the nursing staff,  kitchen staff, activities director, maintenance and the family spirit of the residents gave my parents and I the support and quality of life I could find in no other assisted living home. The facility is a warm and comforting atmosphere and the maintenance and upkeep are immaculate. I loved the country feel and the wooded location it sets in. Their mission in life is truly to respect, honor and love the residents while adhering to safety in all respects. The communication to me was always responded to immediately at all times and during hospital bouts, they supported us with whatever we needed. There was never a moment that they weren't willing to work with us. I could never have managed without them. Even after the passing of my parents, they are my extended family. Another benefit to my parents living at Eagle Crest that helped me, is the hospital being across the street, and later, the funeral home next door. Even the owner of the florist shop down the street went out of her way during Covid to arrange flowers for us. A great community spirit! I am truly thankful and have not one regret of my choice to place my parents in the caring hands at Eagle Crest Villa. The years they spent there could not have been paralleled.

Sandy Small

My mother-in-law has lived here for approximately the past three years. I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and especially the staff. They are all extremely caring people and we have not had to complain about anything since she’s been there. The facility is immaculate and they work very hard keeping it that way. My mother in law has put on weight since she has been there because the food is so good! It’s a difficult situation deciding if your loved one needs to move to a care facility but I am so glad we chose this place, couldn’t ask for a better home for her.

Denise Daughtrey

Eagle Crest Villa is a wonderful, caring community.  My mom was there for over 6 years.  I am so thankful for the love and care that she received.  I cannot think of a better place for her to live.

Fallon Curry

This place was a breath of fresh air. It’s  clean, the staff, waited on my granny hand and foot until the day she passed. The nurses took care of us as well. They gave us food, helped us with hospice, gave us so much support. I only wish we found them sooner.

Jordan Benners

This place has been such a blessing. We love the staff and how beautifully things are taken care of. They encourage involvement and have plenty of nice ways to be involved with each other. It's a great community!

My Mother moved into Eagle Crest Villa two weeks ago and we have been very pleased. It has only been one month since my Dad's death and funeral. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating in getting Mother comfortable with her new environment. The residents have been very friendly and accepting. My Mother says that every meal in the dining room has been very enjoyable.  She has stated that she really feels "at home" which means so much to our family.  Thank You.

When we voiced the prayer, "Lord we could use a little help!" Eagle Crest Villa was our answer. Mom has been at Eagle Crest for just over a year. In that time we have made ER visits 5 times, if she had still been on her own 4 of those probably would have been fatal. The staff is like loving caring family. Mom who is 93 and has 80% vision loss goes to play BINGO weekly and everyone around helps her with her numbers. Just one example of the wonderful staff and residents at Eagle Crest. Mom has lung cancer and is now in early stage hospice. The hospice team works with the Eagle Crest staff and mom will stay at Eagle Crest Villa throughout the course of her illness. They are the help we asked for times 10.
